W-2 REPRINT INFORMATION 

2009 W-2's will be postmarked and mailed to the home address on file by 02/1/2010. 2009 W-2 Reprints will be available for you electronically and by phone on 02/08/2010.

You must be registered to access the re-issue service. If you registered last year you do not need to register again; You would continue to have access to your 2008 W-2 as well as your 2009 W-2.

ELECTRONICALLY

To register electronically for a 2008-2009 W-2 please follow the instructions below, once registered you will be assigned a user name and PIN.  You may access and print as many duplicates as you need at no charge.  To register on line you will need the online PASSCODE of:  “PFCHANGS-PFCHANGS”.  Please note that what is referred to as your EMPLE ID (while registering on line) is actually your FILE NUMBER which is found on your check stub’s upper left hand corner.

BY PHONE- INTERACTIVE VOICE SERVICE (IVR)

This is a phone call to a Voice Response Service.  The voice service has an English and Spanish speaking option.  Your check stub is not required for IVR but you will be asked for identification information.  Your W-2 is processed and immediately sent with a 5 day delivery time quoted at no charge. (Overnight delivery is available for a 25.00 fee).

W-2's FOR YEAR 2007 AND PRIOR

Should you need a prior year W-2 copy for year 2007 and earlier or have additional questions about your W-2 to report, please call the PFCB Inc. Employee line @ 877-4CHANGS (877-424-2647), follow the instructions under option 3 for prior year reprints and to report a discrepancy.
