P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. is an established leader in the Asian restaurant sector in the United States with over 200 full service P.F. Chang's China Bistro® restaurants that feature a blend of high quality, traditional Chinese cuisine and attentive service, in a high-energy contemporary bistro setting. P.F. Chang’s fast casual concept, Pei Wei Asian Diner®, has over 170 locations in the U.S. and offers a modest menu of freshly prepared pan-Asian cuisine in a relaxed, warm environment offering attentive counter service and take-out flexibility.

P.F. Chang’s restaurants offer intensely flavored, highly memorable culinary creations, prepared from fresh ingredients, including premium herbs and spices imported directly from China. The menu features traditional Chinese offerings and innovative dishes that illustrate the emerging influence of Southeast Asia on modern Chinese cuisine. A full service bar offering an extensive selection of wines, specialty drinks, Asian beers, sake, cappuccino and espresso complements the menu at P.F. Chang’s restaurants.

P.F. Chang’s restaurants offer superior customer service in a high energy atmosphere and a decor that includes wood and slate floors, life-size replicas of the terra cotta Xi’an warriors and narrative murals depicting scenes of life in ancient China.

We have received numerous industry awards and consumer recognition, including being voted most popular among casual dining restaurants in the 2011 Zagat chain restaurant survey and one of the top restaurant chains in the 2011 Nation’s Restaurant News Consumer Picks study.

International Licensing Opportunities

We have embarked upon an International expansion plan and are seeking a limited number of experienced, qualified applicants to develop and operate P.F. Chang’s restaurants around the world.  We have granted the exclusive Development and Licensing rights to developers in the following countries:

We are selectively pursuing opportunities for the development of P.F. Chang's restaurants in other international countries.  Requirements for consideration as a potential developer include:

• Substantial casual dining and/or retail experience with a proven, successful track record
• Ability to develop and operate at least 10 P.F. Chang's restaurants over a five to ten year time period
• Access to sufficient capital and talent
• Good cultural fit in order to successfully execute our culinary and customer driven brand

We currently have development and licensing agreements for Pei Wei Asian Diner® in the Middle East and Mexico. We are not pursuing additional international expansion of our Pei Wei Asian Diner® restaurant concept at this time.
